Beyond the clouds: A poem by Vasudha Pansare

 Beyond the clouds of sorrow, 
We will behold the sun of happiness,
Beyond the clouds of anxiety,
We will find the light of peace.
 
These clouds will disperse soon,
And we will discover a new world,
Of equality and prosperity for all,
Of justice and opportunity for all.
 
Beyond the darkness of the clouds,
We will find the brightness,
Of morality and education,
Of spirituality and integrity.
 
Beyond the clouds of falsehood,
We will discover the light of truth,
The light of non-violence,
And the light of secular values.
 
Beyond the clouds of chaos,
We will find the light of harmony,
We need to overcome this confusion,
And build a strong nation.
