Asian Literary Society organized its 6th Asian Literary Confluence with great fanfare at India Islamic Cultural Centre Auditorium, New Delhi.
Asian Literary Society (ALS) organized its 6th Asian Literary Confluence at India Islamic Cultural Centre Auditorium, New Delhi on 28th October 2023. Manoj Krishnan (Author and Founder, Asian Literary Society) welcomed the distinguished guest, authors and participants and talked about key accomplishments of ALS communities. Anita Chand, Kiren Babal, and Vandana Bhasin touched upon the new initiatives and innovative programs conducted by ALS during the year. Distinguished guests Dr. Amarendra Khatua (Former Secretary, MEA), Sangeeta Bahadur (Former High Commissioner of India to Malta), Prof. Khalid Alvi (Author and Poet), and Dr. Mridula Tandon (Founder, Sakshi NGO) graced the occasion with their august presence.
Manoj Krishnan officially declared the results of the Annual Wordsmith Awards, Sagar Memorial Award, ALSphere Award, Art Contest, and Photography Contest, and announced the names of all the winners. In the 6th Asian Literary Confluence 2023, fiver books by the writers of the ALS community were also released. These included “Pash Pash Sheesha” by Ishrat Umar, “The Masquerade Mystery” by Briana Placida Dsouza, “Worlds Within the World” by Babu Vellera, “Life of a Rose” by Aaliya Khan and “Emotional Splashes” by Manisha Amol.
Through Pash Pash Sheesha, Ishrat Umar has tried her best to enlighten different aspects of changing human behavior, modern living and the importance of wit and humor. There are interesting definitions, ashaars and quotes. She has drawn on inner strengths and new dimensions to life, to boost the sagging spirit of humanity at large. ‘The Masquerade Mystery’ is Briana Placida Dsouza first ever book. It is the story about a meeting between Doctor Allen and his patient James that ends up making them really good partners in crime as they go on a path that would lead them to the masquerade mystery. Babu Vellera’s Worlds Within the World is a collection of myriad inspirational thoughts penned together in one single book. The various stories and anecdotes in this book keep the readers hooked because of the level of motivation and air of suspense that they are embedded with. In “Life of a Rose” by Aaliya Khan, poetry becomes a sanctuary, a place where the heart finds its truest resonance. With a delicate touch, Aaliya weaves words into tapestries of emotion, painting vivid landscapes of love, reality, sorrow and inviting readers to explore the depths of their own hearts. Emotional Splashes by Manisha Amol is a collection of poems wherein one gets a feel of the flow of emotions unhindered through various realms of life. Another highlight of the event was poetry readings by Seema Srivastava, Rakesh Gulati, Swati Garg and Tanuja Thakur. The program was moderated by Manoj Krishnan and Vandana Bhasin. The event ended with the felicitation of writers and a vote of thanks.
The Asian Literary Society’s 6th Asian Literary Confluence 2023 received an overwhelming response from viewers from all over the world who applauded ALS and its literary initiative.

एशियन लिटरेरी सोसाइटी द्वारा छठे एशियन लिटरेरी कोन्फ़्लुएन्स का इंडिया इस्लामिक कल्चरल सेंटर ऑडिटोरियम, नई दिल्ली में आयोजन
एशियन लिटरेरी सोसाइटी (एएलएस) ने 28 अक्टूबर 2023 को इंडिया इस्लामिक कल्चरल सेंटर ऑडिटोरियम, नई दिल्ली में अपने छठे एशियन लिटरेरी कोन्फ़्लुएन्स का आयोजन किया। मनोज कृष्णन (लेखक और संस्थापक, एशियन लिटरेरी सोसाइटी) ने विशिष्ट अतिथि, लेखकों और प्रतिभागियों का स्वागत किया और एएलएस की प्रमुख उपलब्धियों के बारे में बात की। एएलएस समुदायों की व्यवस्थापिका अनीता चंद, किरण बबल और वंदना भसीन ने वर्ष के दौरान एएलएस द्वारा संचालित कार्यक्रमों पर चर्चा की। विशिष्ट अतिथि डॉ. अमरेंद्र खटुआ (पूर्व सचिव, विदेश मंत्रालय), संगीता बहादुर (माल्टा में भारत की पूर्व उच्चायुक्त), प्रो. खालिद अल्वी (लेखक और कवि), और डॉ. मृदुला टंडन (संस्थापिका, साक्षी एनजीओ) ने भी श्रोताओं को सम्बोधित किया.

छठे एशियाई साहित्यिक संगम 2023 में एएलएस समुदाय के लेखकों की पुस्तकें भी जारी की गईं। इनमें इशरत उमर की “पश पाश शीशा”, ब्रियाना प्लासीडा डिसूजा की “द मास्करेड मिस्ट्री”, बाबू वेलेरा की “वर्ल्ड्स विदइन द वर्ल्ड”, आलिया खान की “लाइफ ऑफ ए रोज” और मनीषा अमोल की “इमोशनल स्पलैश” शामिल हैं।
पश पश शीशा के माध्यम से, इशरत उमर ने बदलते मानव व्यवहार, आधुनिक जीवन और बुद्धि और हास्य के महत्व के विभिन्न पहलुओं को उजागर करने की पूरी कोशिश की है। इसमें दिलचस्प परिभाषाएँ, अशार और उद्धरण हैं। ‘द मास्करेड मिस्ट्री’ ब्रियाना प्लासीडा डिसूजा की पहली किताब है। यह डॉक्टर एलन और उनके मरीज जेम्स के बीच एक मुलाकात की कहानी है जो उन्हें अपराध में भागीदार बनाती है क्योंकि वे एक ऐसे रास्ते पर चलते हैं जो उन्हें छद्म रहस्य की ओर ले जाता है। बाबू वेलेरा की ‘वर्ल्ड्स विदइन द वर्ल्ड’ एक ही किताब में एक साथ लिखे गए असंख्य प्रेरणादायक विचारों का संग्रह है। इस पुस्तक में विभिन्न कहानियाँ और उपाख्यान पाठकों को प्रेरणा के स्तर और रहस्य की हवा के कारण बांधे रखते हैं। आलिया खान की “लाइफ ऑफ ए रोज़” में, कविता एक अभयारण्य बन जाती है, एक ऐसी जगह जहां दिल अपनी सच्ची प्रतिध्वनि पाता है। एक नाजुक स्पर्श के साथ, आलिया शब्दों को भावनाओं के कशीदे में बुनती है, प्यार, वास्तविकता, दुःख के ज्वलंत परिदृश्यों को चित्रित करती है और पाठकों को अपने दिल की गहराई का पता लगाने के लिए आमंत्रित करती है। मनीषा अमोल की इमोशनल स्पलैश कविताओं का एक संग्रह है जिसमें जीवन के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में भावनाओं के निर्बाध प्रवाह का अनुभव मिलता है। कार्यक्रम का एक अन्य आकर्षण सीमा श्रीवास्तव, राकेश गुलाटी, स्वाति गर्ग और तनुजा ठाकुर का काव्य पाठ था। कार्यक्रम का संचालन मनोज कृष्णन एवं वंदना भसीन ने किया। कार्यक्रम का समापन लेखकों के सम्मान और धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ।
एशियन लिटरेरी सोसाइटी के छठे एशियन लिटरेरी कॉन्फ्लुएंस 2023 को दुनिया भर के दर्शकों से सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया मिली, जिन्होंने एएलएस और इसकी साहित्यिक पहल की सराहना की।
