Miraculous Transformation: A Poem by Sarita Khullar

Golden sun warms up melting icy sheet of winter,
Infusing life into seeds, spores, even a splinter,
Hibernating earth wakes up from her beauty sleep,
Rejuvenated Nature with the new vigor leap,
Tiny buds from the boughs are ready to peep,
Nature has turned on her mellifluous song,
Butterflies and bees on the blossoms throng,
Incense-laden air wafts intoxicating flora and fauna,
Colored blooms have sprouted brown dead corners,
Citrus trees shine forth in the white serene,
Mango blooms have shades of yellow and green,
Azure sky watches a thousand colors with glee,
The mesmerized lake reflects the colors of magnolia and cherry.
