When I Won’t Be Here

1

When I won’t be here with you,

Yet I will be mingled in dust  true.

Flowing in the air, I will touch you

To make you feel how near I’m to you.

I make sure that I will be in rainwater,

To drench you with my presence wetter.

Can you recognise me by my loving touch?

Or remember our affectionate memories as such?

I will come back to you again and again,

If you can recognise my presence then.

I will keep all my words of promise,

Because I truly mean it as my wish.

Man will die,  but his wishes never,

For true love, he always comes back here.
