Asian Literary Society and ALS Women’s Alliance organized ALS WOMEN’S ALLIANCE CONCLAVE 2023 in Singapore.
On 13th February 2023, the Asian Literary Society and ALS Women’s Alliance organized ALS WOMEN’S ALLIANCE CONCLAVE 2023 at 2 Leonie Hill Road under the aegis of Manoj Krishnan (Founder, ALS). The event celebrated women from all walks of life, whether in the performing arts, the literary world, the corporate arena or community service.
Manoj Krishnan, in his inaugural address, encouraged women to open up and share about their lives. Jyoti Prateek (Poet & Author) enthralled the audience with her inspiring story about how her talent blossomed over the years with the revelation of universal truths in her meditations and closeness to nature. Monica Patel (Founder, United Healing Sanctuary) shared her experiences while conducting workshops for Singapore’s international expat parent community. Singer Aditi Das Chakravorty talked about her journey of foraying from the corporate world to pursuing her innate passion, music. Brindha Venkataramani (Author & software professional) stressed upon the importance of pursuing dreams along with a professional carrier. Editor Ritu Anantharam, while talking about editing and content writing also focussed on the importance of self-realization and inner happiness. Alka Balain who moderated the session, thanked all the life experiences that made her who she is today.
Each story shared by participants of ALS SINGAPORE WOMEN’S CONCLAVE 2023 was unique and awe-inspiring. Art in any form, whether singing, writing, editing or meditating, was the common thread that weaved all stories in oneness.
The ALS WOMEN’S ALLIANCE CONCLAVE 2023 was highly appreciated by the audience and ALS members who applauded ALS Women’s Alliance and its this initiative.
ALS Women’s Alliance is a comfortable nook for women to share their experiences, happiness, career aspirations or anything that matters to them or that can help other women. This networking and support group also aims to encourage women to engage in community activities and help them in their personal and professional advancement.
