The Asian Literary Society’s 2024 Annual Anthology (English | Hindi)
Submissions Are Now Open.
We Invite Our Members and Regular Contributors to Send Their English, Hindi Poems and Short Stories on Any Theme.
Submission Guidelines:
No Submission Fees
All contributors should purchase a copy of the book.
All entries must be original and unpublished.
Poems should be of not more than 20 lines. Stories should not be of more than 1500 words.
All entries must be well-edited and grammatically correct.
Only one entry is allowed per participant per book.
One writer can contribute to both books.
Winners of Annual awards are requested to send their entries again for the book.
Mention “ALS 2024: ANNUAL ANTHOLOGY” in the subject line of the mail.
Please send your submission along with the following declaration to [email protected].
I, [Name of the participant] do solemnly declare that my poem/short story is original and unpublished, and I have no objection to its publication in the Asian Literary Society’s anthology.
THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION FOR ALS ANTHOLOGIES IS 20TH MARCH 2025
THESE BOOKS WILL BE RELEASED IN THE 7TH ALS LITFEST 2025 IN DELNET, NEW DELHI ON 26TH APRIL 2025.
Note: Books will be available in Kindle as well as in paperback format.

ALS Parwaaz forum
Small steps go a long way in creating a big difference. When we started the POD section in the magazine three years ago, we hadn’t anticipated the impact it would have on society, but we continued to cover the stories of POD children, their parents and caregivers, the changemakers and their efforts. We even compiled the stories in the form of the book “Wings of Hope”, which is available on Amazon. And today, when we look back at all our efforts in the last year, from March 2024 to Feb 2025, we are only motivated to continue walking this path. Here’s a synopsis of our articles in POD section in the last one year. Thanks to everyone who contributed in any manner.

ALS Indigenous Languages, The Asian Literary Society, ALSphere Foundation in collaboration with Centre for Linguistics SLL&CS, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL), Mysuru, Bengaluru is organizing a two day national seminar on “India as a Linguistic Area: Exploring Shared Features Across Language Families” on the 4th and 5th March, 2025 and a workshop on ‘Writing Grammars’ on the 6th March, 2025.
