Nature is the phenomena of the physical world collectively, including plants, animals, landscapes, and other features or products of the earth, as opposed to human creations. Nature healing is one of the basic components of naturopathic medicine indicative of the Healing Power of Nature. Nature’s healing power is the inherent self-organizing and healing process of living systems which establishes, maintains, and restores health.
In the myriad research theories that I have learned over the years have led me to discover and thereby establish the six major components of nature healing including Fire, Water, Space, Wind, Earth, and Sound.
Research theories suggest that when humans live in conjunction with the elements of nature, there will be a natural flow of energy within their bodies that will allow them to align with the roots and heal themselves of most lifestyle diseases i.e. body has the ability to heal itself of more than 80 percent of the diseases that occur within.
Arthritis is an autoimmune condition causing the swelling and tenderness of one or more joints. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Women are more prone to arthritis as against men but generally, this condition is seen setting in with aging.
Some of the major reasons as we note for the root cause of this condition are the toxins that get accumulated over decades of not caring enough for the body. These include lack of physical activities, deep stress, lack of healthy food and lifestyle habits, improper sleep patterns, heavy flow of emotions, some traumatic experiences including surgery or strain, mental shocks, excessive work-life or personal-life pressure, and so on.
Nature healing including Naturopathy is a wide umbrella term that covers myriad modalities of healing. I simply cannot justify the role of nature healing in this small space through a single article. However, all I can say is that humans need to overcome their obsession with technology and modern-day medicine to rewire their system and create a revolution towards holistic wellness and relieving themselves of pain.
There can be both preventive measures to avoid the onset of Arthritis and reversal measures to cure and maintain the physical conditions of Arthritis that can be achieved with complete dedication, faith, and surrender to the treatment methodologies.
When the mindset is right, the body automatically aligns itself with the mind and allows the process of healing. Without a positive mindset, the chemical reactions caused in the brain will not allow the onset of healing to occur.
I hereby offer some simple lifestyle checks for healing and connecting with the elements of nature toward positive healing from Arthritis.
- Absorb the early morning rays of the sun. Look at the rising and setting sun upon the clear skies.
- Speak kind words to yourself and to others. Let there also be no negative mental chatter.
- Consume freshly prepared meals in small quantities. Avoid all junk and increase the intake of raw veggies, fruits, and nuts in your diet.
- Moderate to high levels of physical activity is extremely important in maintaining good health.
- Pranayam and any other form of breathing exercises and techniques are essential for a greater inflow of oxygen in the body.
- Calm and deep meditations including uninterrupted sleep patterns are essential to reverse the condition of Arthritis.
- Positive affirmations, total faith, and the practice of inner happiness are essential.
- Watch your emotions, let them flow, observe them, and question your actions if they are essential or can be altered.
- Spend some time walking naked feet upon raw Earth, soil, grass, sand, and other natural landforms.
- Food cycles should match the sun cycles. Eat with the rise of the Sun and stop consuming food with the setting of the Sun.
The above are some simple steps and lifestyle checks that can help balance the body, excrete toxins, and lead you away from consuming harmful steroids, painkillers, and other medicines.
