She was shy and he, nervous,
Two strangers meeting for the first time,
She liked his smile and the way
He looked at her, as if he was mesmerized.

He was enchanted by her speaking eyes,
Her expressive face and her soft smile;
She was the one for him,
He could not think of anyone else.

Two strangers, brought together by destiny,
Blessed by elders of both families,
A marriage of true minds and similar souls,
Bound together for life.

Two strangers became good friends,
And a compatible couple,
Facing many storms together,
Staying together through thick and thin.

Marriage is a meeting of minds,
A sacred union of souls,
Marriage is trust, love and understanding,
Only such marriages are made in heaven.
