I used to hum,

When you laugh at a joke,

You would have liked to share with me.

And yearn to look into my eyes,

I know you miss my shy smiles,

I know you miss the way I looked at you,

The way I blushed when I saw you.

I too miss you so much,

I miss your warm glances,

I miss your loving touch,

I miss waiting for you under the trees,

I miss walking with you on windy days.

You have vanished somewhere in this world,

I know not where to find you,

I don’t know why you left me,

But I know you remember me,
