The caravan of stars has been traveling,
For billions of years, since the beginning,
But we can watch them for a while,
During our lifetime and then we disappear,
And where do we go?
Do we go and join the stars?
Become a ray of light in the night?
Beautiful, beautiful fiery things,
Hanging in the sky,
I wish I could share your brightness,
And travel with you.
Perhaps I was a part of you,
Before being born in this world,
And so will become a bit of you,
After I cross the threshold.
Thus I too am like you,
Traveling through eternity,
Landing on this earth for sometime,
I too will join the caravan of stars,
After this short journey here.
