ALS Women’s Alliance Conclave 2025: Celebrating Women’s Voices and Impact
The ALS Women’s Alliance proudly hosted its 4th ALS Women’s Alliance Conclave 2025 at DELNET, New Delhi on August 30, 2025, a vibrant celebration of women’s creativity, resilience, and contributions to society. This inspiring event brought together luminaries from the arts, literature, and community service to honor the transformative power of women’s narratives.
The Conclave opened with a ceremonial lamp-lighting and a heartfelt welcome address by Mr. Manoj Krishnan, Founder of ALS Women’s Alliance. He highlighted the organization’s impactful initiatives this year, setting the stage for a day filled with meaningful dialogue and celebration.
The centerpiece of the event was a dynamic panel discussion titled “The Power of Storytelling: Women Shaping Narratives.” Esteemed panelists, including Dr. Amarendra Khatua (Former Secretary, MEA), Dr. Laxmi Shankar Bajpai (Author & Poet), Dr. Ameeta Parsuram, Ms. Mamta Kiran (Author & Poet), and Ms. Amrita Bhalla (Author), shared profound insights on the role of storytelling in amplifying women’s voices. The session, expertly moderated by Vandana Bhasin (Editor, ALSphere Monthly Magazine) and Anita Chand (Administrator, ALS), captivated attendees with its depth and inspiration.
The Conclave marked the launch of several remarkable publications, including Soul Whispers by Manoj Krishnan, alongside ALS anthologies: ALS 2024 Art Coffee Table Book, ALS 2024 Photography Coffee Table Book, and ALS NaPoWriMo 2025. These works celebrate the creative spirit of the ALS community and its commitment to artistic excellence.
The event was further enriched by soulful musical performances from Roopali Saxena, Kiren Babal, Shradjh Lall, and Sukriti Poddar, whose melodies left the audience spellbound. A dedicated poetry segment featured powerful recitations by Mandira Ghosh, Dr. Minal, Barkha, Dr. Sehla Ahmad, and Swati Garg, whose verses resonated deeply with the audience.

एएलएस महिला गठबंधन सम्मेलन 2025: महिलाओं की आवाज़ और प्रभाव का उत्सव
एएलएस महिला गठबंधन ने गर्व के साथ अपने चौथे वार्षिक सम्मेलन 2025 का आयोजन दिल्ली के डेलनेट में 30 अगस्त 2025 को किया, जो महिलाओं की रचनात्मकता, दृढ़ता और समाज में उनके योगदान का एक जीवंत उत्सव था। इस प्रेरणादायक आयोजन ने कला, साहित्य और सामुदायिक सेवा के क्षेत्रों से प्रख्यात हस्तियों को एक मंच पर लाया, ताकि महिलाओं की कहानियों की परिवर्तनकारी शक्ति का सम्मान किया जा सके।
सम्मेलन का शुभारंभ एक पारंपरिक दीप प्रज्वलन समारोह और श्री मनोज कृष्णन, एएलएस महिला गठबंधन के संस्थापक, के हार्दिक स्वागत भाषण के साथ हुआ। उन्होंने इस वर्ष संगठन की प्रभावशाली पहलों पर प्रकाश डाला, जिसने इस दिन को अर्थपूर्ण संवाद और उत्सव के लिए मंच तैयार किया।
