ALS Arthritis Forum organized a walkathon, followed by motivational poetry reading and health talk at District Park, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi on 2nd March 2024 to celebrate the high spirits of patients suffering from arthritis who are constantly fighting the battle against arthritis.
Members of the ALS Arthritis Forum Community enthusiastically participated in this event. Mr. Manoj Krishnan (Founder, ALS) extended gratitude to dignitaries and all the participants of the Walkathon.
Arthritis affects over 210 million people in India- prevalence higher than diseases such as diabetes, AIDS, and cancer. Mr. Manoj Krishnan (Founder, ALS) says “It is important to connect people with arthritis for combating pain and improving their quality of life. Our community offers expert tips, strategies, and support to its members and endeavors to create a vibrant network of Arthritis patients, caregivers, doctors, and volunteers.”
The ALS Arthritis Forum is an India-based support group that aims to spread awareness about arthritis to those suffering from this chronic ailment and their caregivers.
