Starry night: A poem by Anne Adarsh Rachana Tirkey

When your truthful words
Find their way home
Finally to me,
I will string them together
To wear them around my neck;
A beaded priceless talisman.

When you decide to come as you are,
Unafraid and Unashamed,
I will no longer feel the need
To hide my Poetry anymore,
But let them go
Dancing in the streets, instead.

When you choose to embrace
All the pieces of you
Even the parts
That sting your eyes!
I will steal the glitter dust
Of newborn stars
And paint the night, a starry sky!
