The forest is on fire with brilliant orange-red hues,
The Palash in full bloom contrasts with the firmament of blues,
Adorning nature with a vermilion crown,
The arboreal canopy wears a scarlet gown!
Swaying with mirth, beaming with joy,
Petals resemble parrot beaks, tender and coy,
Permeates the surroundings with a radiant aura,
Beckoning spring’s arrival with colours plethora!
The festive spirit overflows with its orange dye,
A tinge of patriotism and valour imbues the sky,
Its floral exuberance is sacred and pure,
Enrapturing the beholder in its bright allure!
The Flame of the Forest, and emblem of strength,
Symbolises the God of Fire; its presence is a wealth,
A treasure trove of cures for multiple ills,
Nature’s bounty, a spectacle of fiery spills!
