What is Poetry?
Poetry is a melodious music
Like a wind chime
Occasionally it rhymes
Words strewn in a rhythmic align
A breath-taking flow of words
Cascading downhill in a waterfall
To get soaked in the earth
And rise up again in a petrichor
Floats like a butterfly
Stings like a bee
Perching on a new bloom
To suck nectar with ease
A kaleidoscopic rainbow
Post the torrential downpour
Clear as an azure sky
After a heavy storm
Creates miracles when aesthetically worded
Strikes a chord and it touches
A strong connect with the reader
Conveys a meaning that reaches
