Who or what inspired you to embark on your own journey in the world of arts?

My passion for nature and the art & culture of my native place Varanasi has been a constant inspiration to do something in the field of art.

Have you studied arts or obtained formal training in it?

 No, I have learned the instinct of art from the ambiance & company of learned people in Varanasi & the technical learning has been gained from tutorials of various legendary artists on YouTube.

Describe your art style.

 I feel comfortable expressing my concepts in Landscape, Abstract & Figurative Art in my acrylic & oil paintings.

For how many years have you practiced your art, and have you had to overcome any hurdles on the way?

Precisely 3 yrs. Before that, I was engaged in the service of my bedridden mother. The only difficulty faced in these 3 yrs of artwork has been a shortage of quality art materials in the local market.

What memorable responses have you had to your work?  

The appreciation received in the national level art exhibition organized by the “Madhya Pradesh Lalit Kala Academy “ at Gwalior in 2019, inspired me to put in my best in the field.

What do you aim to achieve in the future? 

 I wish to express human feelings in my artwork as well as Literature & Music to carve out a special space for me in society.


Is there any specific area you now wish to explore?

 I wish to explore & approach the world of Figurative painting to make my artwork more accurate and expressive.


What would you advise youngsters inclined towards the arts? Who or what inspired you to embark on your own journey in the world of arts?

 I would like to advise youngsters inclined towards the arts to develop their own perception & vision in this field along with passion to pursue their interest through constant practice with patience.
