Caravan of Stars: A Poem by Shilpa Chakrabarti

Darkness is what is visible,
As a vicious black hole has invaded the light:
The twinkling stars are dwindling,
Constellations are getting consumed voraciously,
Ending the bewitching beauty of the starlit night.

A light across the hollow invites,
The one with brave heart will dive,
To join the light, leading to another world,
Where the losses shall be decelerated.
Only the inner strength can break all the maze-like hives.

Look deep within your soul….
Declutter yourself, and discover a ray of hope.
Ignite a spark in another passionate soul;
The path is full of challenges – do watch your ways,
Walk fearlessly……
leading a thousand of your tribe, on the tightrope.

The constellations will be born again,
The caravan of stars will relight the sky;
Overcoming the dubiety and darkness,
Their opulence will be visible…. let centuries fly.
