Beyond Cute

The day was extremely bright

She shone like the sunlight

Sipping water, she licked her lips

I stuttered. Oh, dear God! I have the yips

She had a perfectly shaped nose

All I wanted was to click her pose

I could see my image in her eyes

I felt like I was standing on thin ice

She saw me and I saw her frown

She was still as pretty as the moon

I tried to smile but screwed up badly

She smiled and my heart beat madly

She waved at me and I waved back

Her mother took her in her arms and walked away

She was just a baby but she was beyond cute
